Outsources: For the Love of Rodeo: Voices from the Rocky Mountain Regional Gay Rodeo

Outsources attended the 34th annual Rocky Mountain Regional Gay Rodeo this past July.

Organized by the Colorado Gay Rodeo Association (CGRA), this yearly event plays a critical role in Colorado’s LGBTQ community, providing a space to connect, compete, and celebrate rodeo. We hear from many voices that make up the diverse mosaic that is gay rodeo, including this year’s Grand Marshal, current and past rodeo royalty, volunteers from LGBTQ nonprofits that help make the rodeo happen, vendors, and attendees.
