DotOrg: Community Cycles Bike Giveaway

Entering its ninth year, the Kids’ Holiday Bike Giveaway is a community event from beginning to end. Throughout the year, Community Cycles takes in hundreds of kids’ bikes. Each fall, dozens of volunteer mechanics donate their time to get bikes ready. More than 100 volunteers come together on the day of the event to distribute 200 to 300 bikes.  Sue Prant chats with host, Nikki Kayser about the details.
