With the recent decriminalization of psilocybin in Denver and now Oakland, there is a renewed interest on psychedelic drugs. New research is uncovering that some psychedelic drugs could in fact be an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health problems. KGNU’s Katie Bursack spoke with some psychologists and researchers about what role psychedelics could play in the treatment of these disorders.
