The Conference on World Affairs is introducing a new segment in 2017: Why Food Matters, A Taste of Things to Come.

The conference track will feature a variety of panel discussions and community events focused on food issues.

On Monday April 10th, Sylvia Tawse of the Boulder based Fresh Ideas Group and co-owner of the Boulder County farm Pastures of Plenty, joins Piper Davis, partner at Grand Central Bakery in Seattle and Portland and Board Chair of the national non=profit Chefs Collaborative, for a discussion food issues and a preview of the food themed panels during the conference.
