Leland Rucker talks about medical marijuana in the time of legal recreational use. With the legalization of recreational marijuana, less people are getting medical marijuana cards.

That does not mean medical marijuana will be disappearing anytime soon. Although the number of medical cards has dropped since the legalization of recreational marijuana, the number of people with medical cards in Colorado, per capita, is still one of the highest in the country.
