Chris spurred on the barefoot running revolution with this autobiographical account of running with the Tarahumara Indians in Mexico’s remote Copper Canyons. They are legendary for their ability to run long distances on tough terrains while almost barefoot. His newest book is “Natural-Born Heroes.”
