Last Friday, March 27th, the Southwestern Water Conservation District hosted its annual seminar in Ignacio in southwest Colorado. The event brings together irrigators, water managers, scientists, public officials, and business owners.

For this year’s keynote, one of Colorado’s most powerful water officials staked out the state’s position on the Colorado River.
