On March 11 at the Dairy Arts Center, two Boulder filmmakers screened their documentary, “GRINTA!” It explores the culture of grit in professional cycling.

Longtime Boulder residents, Jay and Donna Crain, are launching Grinta for Life, a program focused on resilience, endurance, and healthy aging in midlife, inspired by their film.

KGNU’s Don Davis sat down with Jay Crain to learn more.
