    Relational unmasking with psychotherapist Jenny Epstein Kessem KGNU News

 

KGNU’s Rossana Longo Better sat down with psychotherapist Jenny Epstein Kessem, MA, LPC, BC-DMT, ACS of Blue Heron Healing Arts, to discuss Blue Heron’s upcoming relational unmasking support groups for neurodivergent, questioning, austistic and ADHD adults. Kessem will be hosting the support groups both in person and online.

The new, in-person group for women and gender non-conforming adults will take place on Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., starting Mar. 31 and ending May 5. Ongoing virtual meetings happen Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m., and will be accepting new participants for Mar. 27 through May 1.

Kessem and Blue Heron Healing Arts will also be hosting a “What is Unmasking?” community event on Mar. 7 from 5 to 8 p.m.
