Lines of Urgency – Art from Ashes and Queer Youth Poetry

A Denver nonprofit, Art from Ashes, uses theater, writing, and spoken word to engage youth in reclaiming their narratives and envisioning a brighter future.  This Outsources interview features a youth participant and educator from the Art from Ashes program, who discuss how poetry and queer identity continue to shape their lives and the stories they tell.  For more information about Art from Ashes, click here.
