“You won’t be able to get free samples, you won’t be able to buy anything there.”

About 40,000 people attend the Cannabis Cup, sponsored by High Times Magazine in Denver on . This year the marijuana enforcement division has said that free samples and the sale of marijuana products will not be allowed at the cup. Leland Rucker says this change in policy may impact attendance. “I think that something like this might cause an adverse effect on future ones.”
