This November’s ballot issue 2F gives voters a chance to weigh in on a City Council decision to annex a property in South Boulder owned by CU Boulder known as CU South.

At a recent Rotary-sponsored debate, moderator Karl Kurtz told the audience it was a topic “so much in the news that it needs little or no introduction.” That said, if you want more, we are sharing the full debate for your viewing pleasure!
