The City of Louisville recently approved later closing times for dispensaries. “The original proposal was to allow stores to stay open until midnight, that one was turned down by the council, but they did pass the proposal to allow stores to stay open until 10pm.”
Lafayette, Louisville and unincorporated Boulder County now allow stores to stay open until 10pm, the City of Boulder currently requires marijuana stores to close at 7pm.
Leland Rucker also takes a look at Colorado House Bill 1373, which allows kids to take prescribed medical marijuana at school. THat measure received bi-partisan support at the legislature but another measure that would allow the labeling of “organic” marijuana was rejected by a senate committee.
