Seeing through the Smokescreen: War and Peace in Afghanistan: Kathy Kelly

Kathy Kelly has travelled to Afghanistan 14 times and just returned from Kabul last month.  Through her work with Voices for Creative Nonviolence  she continues to speak out about the ongoing struggles facing people in Afghanistan and the ongoing conflict under which they live. She’ll be speaking tonight at 7pm at the First United Methodist Church, 1421 Spruce Street, Boulder.  The talk is called Seeing through the Smokescreen: War and Peace in Afghanistan.
