A measure to cut down on people being put behind bars for failing to pay court fines initially passed the senate on Tuesday. Lawmakers in both parties say the current system is unjust. Bente Birkeland brings us this report.

May Jarrill joins us for the hemp report and we discuss House Bill 1364 introduced recently by Representative Jonathan Singer.  It would add PTSD to the list of ailments that doctors in Colorado can prescribe medical marijuana for.  It will be heard in the  State Veterans and Military Affairs Committee on April 28th.
