The legal battle for an open internet found a whole new gear earlier this month when independent media advocates at Free Press asked the court to review the Federal Communications Commission’s order repealing net neutrality provisions adopted in 2015.
KGNU’s Robin Ryan spoke with their Policy Director Matt Wood about how the recent legal action fits into the long and complex history of internet policy as well as how the diversity of opposition to a commercially governed web continues to expand.
