Rebuilding Efforts On KGNU’s Connections

In our studios of KGNU on Connections Call-in Show, we hear from Beth Eldridge, a victim and Marshall Fire Recovery Navigator, an elder victim Elsie Chavez, who lived in a mobile home in old Superior, accompanied by her son Arthur Chavez and Bernardo Padilla a grassroots community activist from mobile home parks with the group Si Se Puede to share their experiences on the recovery of the most destructive wildfire in the state’s history.

Most of the victims are still working on rebuilding and share their personal struggles with co-hosts Fiona Foster and Rossana Longo-Better.
