Ann Ravel is the Vice Chair of the Federal Elections Commission, she’s in Denver this evening for a town-hall meeting that the first in a series of such meetings around the country to get Public Views on Money in Politics, Elections, and the Future of Our Democracy. Tonight’s meeting will be followed by similar meetings in Chicago and Atlanta. Vice Chair Ravel will become the chair of the FEC next year and she says she plans on using the input she gets in these public meetings to inform her work as the chair of the commission.
