Miners Alley Playhouse Brings Simmering Classic “Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune” to Golden Stage

Miners Alley Playhouse in Golden is kicking off 2020 with a brand new take on a classic. Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune is a simmering, two person play that takes place between two people after a one night stand. It’s a stunningly intimate and nuanced show that explores what it means to risk falling in love and changing the story of one’s life. Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune runs January 24 through March 1 and KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo had a chance to speak with director Warren Sherrill about it.
