Miscreant Theatre Collective Makes Shakespearean Murder into Childsplay in “Macbeth”

Miscreant Theatre Collective is a new Denver theatre company that has evolved from Fifth Wall Theatre Company. Their inaugural show is going to premiere at The Bakery in Denver this weekend. It’s Macbeth, a Very Serious Play, an energetic re-imagining that places the players of this deadly game as children playing in an attic. Macbeth, A Very Serious Play runs January 24 through February 8 and KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo had a chance to speak with director Erin Slimak about it.
