Boulder Spruce Confections Workers Vote on First Union Contract

On this episode of the Labor Exchange we discuss the recent contract at Spruce Confections with Spruce workers Melissa Laurenti, BJ Weliss, Noah Hill and owner David Cohen. Over the weekend, union workers with BCTGM Local #26 that work at Spruce Confections in Boulder, voted on their first contract – known as a tentative agreement. This agreement covers workers at Spruces’ four Boulder cafes as well as their bakery and commissary operations.
