The promise of spring offered culinary inspiration to three Boulder County chefs on the March edition of Kitchen Table Talk – KGNU’s monthly, hour-long food and restaurant forum. Hosts John Lehndorff and chef Dan Asher welcomed chefs Patrick and Lisa Balcom of Farow at Home. They discussed the state of Boulder County restaurants, touted the advantage of spring spice shelf cleaning, and offered callers a wealth of inside cooking ideas including what to do with all those turnips.
