The ZEE Jaipur Literature Festival returns to Boulder for its 3rd year, September 15-17th.
ZEE JLF is one of the largest literary festivals in the world with events in India and London drawing tens of thousands of people. This is the 3rd year the festival returns to Boulder Colorado. Sunil Buch of ZEE JLF says that Boulder, with a University and well educated community, is an ideal location for something described as “the greatest literary show on earth.”
“Boulder is the perfect host to explore new ideas and to debate some contentious issues from race and religion to history and philosophy.”
More than 70 authors from around the world will convene on the Boulder public library for a weekend to explore ideas such as India at 70 years of independence, poetry, migration, travel, climate change.
The entire event is free and open to the public. The KGNU/Boulder Bookstore radio bookclub will tape an episode on Saturday September 16th with author Akhil Sharma speaking about his new book of short stories A Life of Adventure and Delight.
