Debate: Boulder ballot measure 2H – Soda Tax

2H is on the Boulder ballot this November and proposes a 2 cents per ounce excise tax on soda and other sugary drinks sold in the city of Boulder. Revenue from the tax would fund programs that promote and support healthy lifestyles and nutrition.
