Boulder Valley School District takes pro-active approach to marijuana education

Bruce Messinger, the superintendent of the Boulder Valley School District says that their “position as a school district is to be pro-active and provide relevant and meaningful information to both youth as well as their parents.” Messinger says they want all of their families “to understand the potential negative impact the use of illegal substances will have on their developmental years.”
