Alzheimer’s Awareness Night on Colorado Public Television

An estimated 5.4 million Americans of all ages have Alzheimer’s disease. And that figure is expected to rise as the population ages.  On February 15th Colorado Public Television (Channel 12) will air an evening of Alzheimer’s awareness programming on the growing impact of dementia on Colorado families and resources.

It starts at 7pm with a documentary and will be followed by a 60 min live panel discussion. The two shows will be repeated at 9pm. One of the panelists will be  Amelia Schafer with the Alzheimer’s Association of Colorado.
