Senior Law Day: Legal Guidance for Senior Citizens

The 7th Senior Law Day in Boulder County is taking place on August 22nd at the Longmont Plaza Hotel, 1900 Ken Pratt Boulevard.

Fern O’Brien, a Boulder attorney, and Bob Groening, a mortgage professional, are two of the volunteers helping organize the event which will feature about 20 workshops and lectures from a variety of topics that impact seniors, ranging from estate planning and end of life directives to navigating medicaid and reverse mortgages. Seniors and caregivers will also have the opportunity to sit down with a lawyer for a 15 min session that is completely free.
