Boulder is gearing up to host the country’s largest multicultural and environmentally focused gathering hosted by Latinos. The Americas Latino Eco-Festival is happening at the DAIRY Center for the Arts From September 11th through September 15th. Maeve Conran spoke with the festival Executive Director Irene Vilar.
