Boulder County Same Sex Marriage Licenses

Boulder County clerk and recorder Hillary Hall resumed issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples on Thursday, following Wednesday’s ruling by the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals’ which said that Utah’s ban on gay marriage violates the Constitution’s guarantees of equal protection and due process.

Update: As of July 2, 2014,  between the Clerk’s 3 offices in Boulder County (Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette), a total number of licenses 97  licenses have been issued since last Wednesday.
