Today is Veterans Day, a day to honor those who have served in different branches of the military. It’s also a day to face some startling statistics.
Earlier this year the Department of Veterans Affairs released an alarming report showing that at least 60,000 veterans died by suicide between 2008 and 2017.
The trailer for a documentary that tells the story of one of those veterans who died by suicide will be screened in Denver this evening. Ethan’s Reach-The PTSD Battle: A Mother’s Mission in Honor of Her Son. We speak with Leslie McGivern, Ethan’s mother.
