On April 18 Sustainable Resilient Longmont and the Longmont Museum presented a climate sustainability round-table to explore the link between the global climate crisis and local sustainability efforts.

The forum was moderated by KGNU’s Liz Lane and included James Butler of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration; Elise Jones, Boulder County commissioner and Air Quality Control Commission member; Magnolia Landa-Posas, of the Just Transitions Collaborative at the University of Colorado Boulder; Longmont City Councilwoman Joan Peck; Emily Gedeon, from the Colorado Sierra Club; and Karen Dike, from Sustainable Resilient Longmont.
