Tech Talks: Agriculture and Technology Part 1

This week on Tech Talks, our producer Isaiah Tinajero interviewed Brian Coppom, the executive director of Boulder County Farmers Markets. Brian talks about his journey when he was introduced to the farmers market of Longmont through his wife while he was in Telecommunications.

As he became interested in the farmers market, the opportunity of an executive director role was hiring and he decided to apply.

He operates the entire market and the way it works, as well as his partnered vendors like small and large scale farmers. These farmers use different types of technologies to enhance their end product, which comes with its pros and cons.
