Sexual harassment complaints still loom at Colorado’s Capitol. Most were filed last November when it was quiet at the statehouse. The building is now full of lawmakers, lobbyists, aides and staffers for the annual legislative session. But as Bente Birkeland reports, the issue hasn’t gone away.
