Five Years since the passage of Colorado’s Amendment 64, the cannabis industry faces many challenges. From security  to banking, to pesticides and community push back, the pot industry continues to adapt.

What is the future for the cannabis industry in Colorado and the nation? How will unresolved issues be addressed? What will be the impact of today’s revocation of Federal memoranda directing the FEDS to not interfere in states where pot use has been legalized.
