Radio Nibbles: Fresh Produce at the Farmers Market

On this episode of Radio Nibbles, John Lehndorff discusses the fresh produce he’s been sampling at the local Farmer’s Markets including cinnamon cap mushrooms, purple scallions, gold bar apricots, mizugula and hinona kabu turnips.

We also look ahead to the upcoming Slow Food Nations happening next week in Denver and the upcoming Festival of Cheese, happening July 29 at the Colorado Convention Center.

The best thing John tasted lately is braised pork hock at Jin Chan Zhang, 2835 28th street in Boulder.
