Queer Grief: Processing Loss in the LGBTQ+ Community

Everyone grieves personal losses throughout their lives – many things besides deaths.  But there are also many ways that different types of loss are disenfranchised, unaccepted or disallowed. The LGBTQ+ community faces losses distinct to the lifelong experience of being queer.  In this show, we’ll talk about the kinds of grief events and attitudes that marginalize and disenfranchise this community and how we can be more supportive.
