A few years ago, Boulder adopted changes intended to make it easier for citizens to petition questions onto the ballot. That system initially caused some confusion and some challenges.

On Today’s A Public Affair, KGNU’s Sam Fuqua talks with Eric Budd, one of the lead organizers of the Bedrooms Are for People Initiative, which finally made it onto the ballot in 2021and Steve Pomerance, former Boulder City Council member.
