Last year, Colorado Latino Pride cancelled its pride event due to concerns over ICE. This year, those organizers will be joining forces with Aurora Pride to put on a celebration of community and visibility.

Addison Herron-Wheeler, Director of Out Front Magazine, brings us a conversation about what that looks like and why it’s so important in 2026. Herron-Wheeler spoke with Jose, an Aurora Pride organizer, to learn more.
