Tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 11, several of Colorado’s Joint Budget Committee legislators will host a Motus Theater performance of “Youth Behind & Beyond Bars” in order to center the lived experience of Coloradans to inform juvenile justice policy & investment in community-based programming.
