In recent years, the state provided temporary relief measures that helped lower many property tax bills. Those temporary reductions expired for 2025.

KGNU’s Abby O’Brien was joined by Boulder County Assessor Cindy Braddock to answer questions about property taxes. You can find more information about the changes on your county’s assessor’s website.
