This past weekend, thousands of Coloradans gathered across the state to protest US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after the killing of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis.

KGNU’s Elena Klaver was outside the ICE office in Centennial, Colorado, where immigrant rights activist Jeannette Vizguerra, recently released from ICE detention, spoke to the crowd. Protestors also gathered to demonstrate in Boulder, where KGNU’s Don Davis reports.

In downtown Denver, an estimated one thousand people gathered to demand justice for Renee Good. KGNU’s Dave Ashton was there and spoke with Katie Leonard of the Denver Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL).
