Radio Nibbles – Garbanzo Bean Massage Secret to Falafayette’s silky hummus

Self-admitted Hummus Nerd Adam Bratter joined Radio Nibbles host John Lehndorff for a deep dive into the laborious process of making some of the silkiest hummus available. (Hint: It involves giving the garbanzo beans a massage.) Bratter is the one-person operator of Falafayette, the falafel stand in Lafayette.

What was the very best thing Adam tasted this week? Indian street food at a local farmers market. It’s well worth listening until the end of Radio Nibbles to find out.
