The Museum of Boulder has opened Bending the Arc: A Uniquely Boulder Story of LGBTQ+ rights curated by Emily Zinn. It highlights the leadership in the early and mid-1970s of then Mayor Penfield Tate II, Boulder city councilor Tim Fuller, and Boulder county clerk Clela Rorex and others and traces the tumultuous LGBTQ history in Boulder then.
