“Bending the Arc”: An upcoming LGBTQ+ exhibit at the Museum of Boulder

Did you know that Boulder County Courthouse was one of the first in the nation to grant a same-sex couple a marriage license back in the 70s?

There’s a new exhibit opening this week at the Museum of Boulder that seeks to make sure that that piece of history and other pieces of Boulder’s LGBTQ-plus legacy don’t get lost in the past. “Bending the Arc” opens this Friday, March 14th at the Museum of Boulder. It’ll run until September 29th of this year.

KGNU’s Jackie Sedley was joined in the studio by two guests who were eager to discuss this exhibit: community historian Glenda Russell, and Chris Taylor with the Museum of Boulder.
