Reflecting on grief in 2024 Jackie Sedley

We are in the middle of a holiday season that is carrying with it the weight of a global year full of grief.  2024 has been a barrage of natural disasters, wars, and a divided election that has torn families apart.  Grief is the most powerful human experience of all, one that we can’t and shouldn’t avoid.  But how do we grieve so many different kinds of death?  In this installment of the KGNU quarterly program On Death and Dying hosted by Kim Mooney, we talk about living with complicated grief, and how we can react or respond to it in healthy ways for ourselves and others. Kim was joined by guest Amy Pickett-Williams, founder of The LIGHT Movement.
