Bike to Work Day 2016

Wednesday June 22nd is Bike to Work Day. KGNU will host a breakfast station at its Boulder studio at 4700 Walnut Street featuring bike mechanics, live music and more.

Martha Roskowski – Vice President of Local Innovation with the organization People for Bikes first got involved with bike policy in 1990 when she helped organize Boulder’s Bike to Work Day. She now works for People for Bikes, a Boulder based international bike advocacy group.  Roskowski recently returned from Copenhagen, one of the world’s top biking capital cities.
