Ignite Theatre’s American Idiot Hits Stage January 2nd

Ignite Theatre will open the regional premiere of American Idiot the musical Saturday night, January 2nd at the Aurora Fox Theater. The show will run Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 pm, Sundays at 2:30 through January 24th. The Tony Award-winning rock musical expands on the original album by Green Day and was a smash hit on Broadway. KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo spoke with the director and choreographer of Ignite Theater’s production, Jeffrey Parizotto about his first experience taking the helm of a musical.
