Voting Machines and Ballots

Mail ballots will be sent to registered voters on (Tuesday/tomorrow). Colorado is also testing voting systems in eight counties for the November 3rd election. As Bente Birkeland reports, the Secretary of State wants to create a more uniform voting system and one of these systems may become the new statewide standard.
