Weed Between the Lines: Tracking marijuana impacts in Colorado

Rocky Mountain High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, a report on the effects of marijuana use in marijuana since legalization. HIDTA assists law enforcement agencies in major drug trafficking regions.  They recently released a 169 page report on the negative impacts of marijuana on Colorado. Leland Rucker says the report is misleading as it cites accidents and deaths where alcohol was also a factor.
