Wyoming votes down measure to decriminalize possession of marijuana

Many states are looking to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana, however, recent attempts to pass such legislation in Wyoming were defeated.  Leland Rucker takes a look at attitudes towards marijuana in Wyoming and also looks at moves to allow states to study hemp production.
